  3. Michael Moe was the co-founder and CEO of ThinkEquity Partners, which grew to $70 million in revenue in six years prior to being sold to London-based Panmure Gordon.  Before starting ThinkEquity, Michael ran Global Growth Research for Merrill Lynch, and he has been named “Best on the Street” by the The Wall Street Journal and to the “All American Team” by Institutional Investor.  In 2006, his first book Finding the Next Starbucks was published and went through three printings in five languages.  He is also a former partner at Montgomery Securities.

  3. Mike Carter was Managing Director of The Musser Group before founding EMG, where he worked alongside legendary investor Warren V. "Pete" Musser helping entrepreneurs to finance, structure, and build growth companies.  During that time, he served as president and CEO of clean-tech lighting leader Ceelite, where he successfully restructured operations.  A former technology entrepreneur and executive, Mike was the founder and CEO of both Dashboard Systems and Ajunto, the first online marketplace for the IT Industry (now part of SOA Software), and was CMO of US Interactive, helped take the company public as the youngest ever office of a Safeguard Scientifics partner company.  Carter began his career as a business analyst at Cambridge Technology Partners.

  3. Mark Moe was a partner at ThinkEquity Partners where he was Head of Consumer Investment Banking, Co-Head of Wealth Management, a top institutional salesman, and member of the Operating Committee.  Previously, Mark was a Principal at Piper Jaffray and top institutional sales and banking professional and an attorney in Minneapolis working with closely held corporations and entrepreneur driven companies.
